Physical fitness increases my self-image.

Physical fitness has a great positive influence on each person's disposition and can help raise self-esteem. Emotionally, good physical fitness reduces my anxiety and stress and increases my self-esteem and willingness to do everything in everyday life.

The definition of good health, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), speaks not only of physical aspects, but also of mental and social well-being, so I can say that, besides increasing my self-esteem, physical fitness promotes my health.
