This is a very difficult question to answer..But if you're in an abusive relationship..you should always protect yourself no matter what. If someone is hurting you, you should break up with them in a very subtle way. (Try not to make them angry) You may love your partner..but the relationship isn't healthy. They will keep abusing you even if they apologize and promise to stop. Your safety is important.
