Well,

First, all cells must have DNA in order to function.  Without DNA a cell could not possible perform basic life functions, such as biosynthesis, absorption, and reproduction, among the innumerable others.

Second, all cells have ribosomes, as proteins are very significant and vital to every cell.  Ribosomes are primarily responsible with protein synthesis.  Even in prokaryotic cells, ribosomes are present.<span />
