Psychological processes are the product of 4 factors: the influence of others, genetics, personal characteristics and context. The influence of others is always explicit, the perception of the conscious form. Although, sometimes, it is perceived unconsciously.

Human strengths and virtues allow us to adopt a more open perspective regarding human potential, its motivations and capabilities. Emotional health is not only the absence of pathologies, but it is intimately linked with well-being; what makes us happy. Happiness can be worked internally. It is the motivation, the activity directed at something, its search, which produces well-being in people.

It is important to stay active and busy, providing space for social activities. Likewise, being productive in an important job for us and being organized helps in this way. In the same way, not having many expectations or aspirations, avoid unnecessary tensions.
