Your friend wants to lose weight around the belly. Your friend is planning to do crunches every day to lose the weight, but is n

ot planning on doing any other exercises. Do you think this strategy will be effective? Why or why not? What can your friend do to increase the pace of weight loss? Explain your answer.

The best way to lose weight is to cut back on eating. (As in don't decide on eating 2-3 deserts or plates) Do 15-25 sit-ups each day. Crunches also help, but very little. Even walking or jogging helps burn calories. But being on your period makes you eat more, and makes your metabolism slower. Hope this helps your friend:)

No because I know sometimes losing weight is hard but also need to watch out you eating
