Metal
On the periodic table its atomic number is 89
The Semi-metals aka the metalloids are atomic umbers 5,14,32,33,51,52,and 85

The Metals are everything that is located to the left of the metalloids excluding Hydrogen(H) and Helium (He)
Everything to the right of the metalloids are non-metals including Hydrogen (H) and Helium (He)

Hello,

I believe this is (25 g Al) * (1 mol H / 1.008 g H) = 24.8015 mol H

Hopefully that was the right approach.
I thought that if one mole of Al is
26.982 g, then the numbers of moles for H (1.008 g/mol) would be about 25 mol.
If it doesn’t make sense or if you have resources/notes to which I can refer, I’ll see what I can do!

Good luck!

Lelu [443]

Answer:

Sample A - mixture

Sample B- Mixture

Explanation:

Looking at sample A, we can see that as water was poured over sample A, the sample was separated into its components as the powder disappeared leaving behind a gritty black sand-like material on the surface of the paper. A separation of the mixture has taken place.

In sample B, we can clearly see that it is a mixture because the amount of solid recovered is much less than the total mass of the solid put into the beaker. The sample must have been separated into its components.

Which of the following ranks the redox-active species of the electron transport chain in order of decreasing electron affinity?
N76 [4]

Answer:

d. O2 > CoQ > FAD > NAD+

Explanation:

O2 > CoQ > FAD > NAD+

Because the reason is O2 is the last electron acceptor in the chain for a reason. FAD is also introduced later in the ETC(Electron transfer chain) than NAD+ and generates less ATP.
