An individual would not be allowed out on bail or bond because if a person committed a serious crime like murder, or is thought as a threat to society or the community, the bail would be AUTOMATICALLY denied.
I think its traffic tickets becuase municipal deals with traffic offenses, disturbances of the peace, minor in possession of
tobacco, drugs or alcohol, theft of under $500, curfew violations and
animal cases which occur within the city limits.
We'll say what they mean, but not with malice. Patriotic – Scottish people might complain about the weather, or politics, or whatever but we're fiercely proud of their country and will defend it with their last breath. Fiery and bold. Historically Scots are brave, stubborn, and courageous.
