n = 100 (or) 10²

Solution:

Given equation is 1.6 ÷ n = 0.016.

Part A:

To simplify the equation and find the value of n.

1.6 ÷ n = 0.016

$\frac{1.6}{n}=0.016

Do cross multiplication.

1.6=0.016n

Divide by 0.016 on both sides of the equation.

$\frac{16}{0.016}=n

To remove decimal point multiply and divide by 1000 on left side.

$\frac{1.6\times1000}{0.016\times1000}=n

$\frac{1600}{16}=n

100=n

Switch the sides.

n = 100

n = 10²

Hence the value of n is 10².

Part B:

$1.6\div10^2=\frac{1.6}{100}

              = 0.016

Hence the answer is true.

To describe a sequence of transformations that maps triangle ABC onto triangle a"b"c", a student starts with a reflection over t
Paha777 [63]

i dont quite get the question but...

i guess this is how it is.

Take the mirror image of∆ABC Through the a line through the point y=3.

The new ∆ABC would have point C=(4,2)

B=(3,-6) A=(1,-3)

Now shifting the ∆ABC one unit (<em>i.e. 2 acc. to the graph as scale is 1 unit =2</em>) towards right ( or <em>adding 2 to the x coordinates of ∆ABC)</em>

We get the Coordinates of triangle ABC as A=(3,-3) B=(5,-6) C=(6,2).

This coordinate is the same coordinates of ∆A"B"C".

Hope it helps...

Answer:

95

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation to solving this would be 203 - (9 multiply 12). If you multiply 9 and 12 you get 108. Minus 108 from 203 and you get 95.

Is 56/7 a rational number or
Sati [7]

Answer:

Yes

Step-by-step explanation:

The definition of a rational number is a number that can be represented as a fraction. Since 56/7 is a fraction it must be a rational number. An irrational number is a number that cannot be represented as a fraction because it never ends and repeats without a pattern forever. An example of this is pi because pi can never exactly be represented as a fraction.
