Pre-menstrual syndrome are a wide variety of signs and symptoms that occur in first half of the menstrual cycle. They include irritability, depression, crying, mood swings, and over-sensitivity. Medication, natural and home remedies, and lifestyle modifications may help reduce these symptoms.
