First, you would have to turn the mixed numbers into improper fractions.
So 9 1/9 would be 82/9.
1 2/7 would be 9/7.
What do you have now? 82/9 x 9/7.
Now, multiply the numerators.
82 x 9 = 738
Multiply the denominators.
9 x 7 = 63
You have the improper fraction, 738/63.
Now, you would have to turn 738/63 into a mixed number.
11 45/63 would be your answer, at least, I believe.

How many negative roots will this function have? f(x) = x^7 – 2x^4 + 7x^2 + 2x – 2<br> help plsss
Vikentia [17]

There are two negative roots to the provided polynomial function

f(x) = x⁷ – 2x⁴ + 7x² + 2x – 2

<h3>What is polynomial?</h3>

Polynomial is the combination of variables and constants systematically with "n" number of power in ascending or descending order.

\rm a_1x+a_2x^2+a_3x^3+a_4x^4..........a_nx^n

We have a polynomial function:

f(x) = x⁷ – 2x⁴ + 7x² + 2x – 2

\rm f(x) =\left(x+1\right)\left(x^6-x^5+x^4-3x^3+3x^2+4x-2\right)

Using the zero product property:

\rm \left x+1\right = 0 \ \ \ or \left x^6-x^5+x^4-3x^3+3x^2+4x-2\right = 0

After solving:

x = -1, x = -0.853, and x = 0.418 (using the graph method)

Thus, there are two negative roots to the provided polynomial function

f(x) = x⁷ – 2x⁴ + 7x² + 2x – 2

The length of s is 2/3 the length of t. If s has an area of 368 cm squared find the perimeter of the figure
ser-zykov [4K]
s = \frac{2}{3}t&#10;\\\ \frac{2}{3}t*t = \frac{2}{3}t^2&#10;\\\ \frac{2}{3}t^2 = 368&#10;\\\ t^2 = \frac {3}{2}368&#10;\\\ t^2 = 552&#10;\\\ t \approx 23.5&#10;\\\ s \approx 15.6&#10;\\\ P \approx 78.2
