Answer:

Surface area of the rectangular prism = 62 inch²

Step-by-step explanation:

Surface area of a rectangular prism =2(wl+hl+hw)

w = width = 3 inches

h = height= 2 inches

l = length = 5 inches

A = 2(3x5 + 2x5 + 3x2) = 62 inch²

The intervals along the x axis are inconsistent. the one that says 21-30 should either be split into 2 or have twice the width.

Mark got 14 problems wrong on his test. His score was 72% correct. How many problems were on the test? Please show work.
stira [4]
Consider that 100%-72%=28% represents the percentage of wrong answers. I would think as fractions as:
if 100%  is the total number of answers and 28% are the wrong ones
as
if x is the total you have 14 wrong you can write:
\frac{100}{28} = \frac{x}{14}
x=(100/28)*14=50 questions

nata0808 [166]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

There are 10 men and 5 women in a conference room

total People=15

(a)Probability that the committee consists of 2 men and 2 women

we have to select from 10 men and 5 women

P=\frac{^5C_2\times ^{10}C_2}{^{15}C_4}

(b)Bob and Jane end up on the same committee

as bob and Jane are necessary to include so there are 4 women and 9 men left to select remaining 2 person

P=\frac{^{13}C_2}{^{15}C_4}

(c)Bob is in the committee but Jane is not

9 men and 4 women left to choose other 3 person

P=\frac{^{13}C_3}{^{15C_4}}
