Using distributive property
Hoochie [10]

Answer:

Step-by-step:  Step 1: Add -19x to both sides

 48x-6y+3+-19x=19x+15y+-19x

29x-6y+3=15y

Step 2: Add 6y to both sides

29x-6y+3+6y=15y+6y

29x+3=21y

Step 3: Add -3 to both sides

29x+3+-3=21y+-3

29x=21y-3

Step 4: Divide both sides by 29

29x/29=21y-3/29

x=21/29y+ -3/29
