How do you find the least common multiple of 2 numbers? Preferably using the ladder method
g100num [7]
Hi,
Sorry, I don't use the ladder method, but I can show you how to find the <span>least common multiple of 2 numbers using a different method:
Let's say we are finding the least common multiple of 3 and 9:

3: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18
            --
-------------------------------
9: 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54
    --

All I did was list multiples of both the numbers till I found one that was common (however, in the example above, I listed a few extra)

Hope this helped

Find 37.5% of 5280 feet
Shalnov [3]
The best thing to do is to find 10%, then multiply this by 3.75
5280/10= 528
528*3.75= 1980
Therefore, 37.5% of 5280ft is 1980ft
Hope this helps :)
