if we divide top and bottom by 4 that would work
( \frac{37}{40})( \frac{ \frac{1}{4} }{ \frac{1}{4} })= \frac{9.25}{10}
9.25/10=92.5=100=925/1000=925 thousandths=0.925

so the decimal would be 5.925
