The correct answer is unintentional/preventable

Being hit and killed by a drunk driver is an unintentional accident. The driver did not intend on causing anyone harm, it was not premeditated. It was preventable because no one should drink and drive. The driver should not have been drinking therefore the accident could have been completely avoided in the first place.
