You will need to paint 9 faces in order to earn $15. I solved this problem by setting up an equation using the given information. The equation is 15=3x - 12. 15 is the goal amount of profits. 3x represents $3 per person/face charge. I subtracted $12 from that because it is the money used to buy paint supplies. After that, i solved for x. The answer is 9 faces. Hope this helped you! I included a picture of my work :))

Alisiya [41]

Given that a triangle in the coordinate plane has coordinates of (3, 5), (1, −3), and (−3, 4). Now these points are translated and the new coordinates are (1, 7), (−1, −1), and (−5, 6).

Questioon says to find which type of translation occured from the given choices.

It can be easily found by drawing the given coordinates.

Original position of the triangle is drawn in Brwon colour.

New position of the triangle is drawn in Green colour.

From graph we can clearly see that each of the original coordinate moves two unit left then 2 units upward to get new coordinate.

Hence choice "A) It moved left two units and up two units." is the final answer.

Can someone explain, i'm literally sweating trying to figure it out
ASHA 777 [7]

Answer:

54 degrees.

Step-by-step explanation:

So a fun fact is that the exterior angle is equal to the sum of the opposite two interior angles (at least within triangles).

Given this, set these values equal to each other to get the value of a.

d = a + b

2a = (a+10)+44

2a = a + 54

a = 54

The measure of the exterior angle is 54 degrees.
