I believe the correct answer for this question is No, it possesses no life. The cell theory establishes the evidence that cells are essential to life and contributes a base or substratum from which additional elucidation of each cell is carried out. The cell theory is composed of six principles. All existing organisms are composed of cells. The cell is the fundamental part of life. Heredity information is transferred from cell to cell. Cells appear from pre-subsisting cells. Energy movement transpires within cells. The cell theory forms part of the rudimental principles that are the substratum for the study of life. Every cell possesses the same rudimental chemical composition. I apologize in advance if the answer that I provided for this question is incorrect. -Copelynn.

No its not...simply because it's only made of H2O and the reason why it crawls up the sand is because of tides, wind, weather, etc.

What is the difference between inorganic and organic compounds?
Artemon [7]

Answer:

The main difference is in the presence of a carbon atom; organic compounds will contain a carbon atom (and often a hydrogen atom, to form hydrocarbons), while almost all inorganic compounds do not contain either of those two atoms. Meanwhile, inorganic compounds include the salts, metals, and other elemental compounds.

How does climate change affect pollinators?
sashaice [31]

According to Esaias, the changes aren’t just dramatic, they’re also kind of scary. The fertility of most flowering plants, including nearly all fruits and vegetables, depends on animal-mediated pollination. As the pollinators move from flower to flower for nectar--a high-energy, sugary enticement—the plants dust them with pollen, which the animals transfer from flower to flower.

Ruchi is preparing for class tomorrow, so she is reading about how neurons communicate. one of the first key terms she memorizes
Ket [755]

Answer;

-Neurotransmitters.

One of the first key terms she memorizes is neurotransmitters because these are the chemicals via which neurons communicate with each other.

Explanation;

-Neurons communicate with each other via electrical events called 'action potentials' and chemical neurotransmitters. At the junction between two neurons (synapse), an action potential causes neuron A to release a chemical neurotransmitter.

-Neurons are connected to each other through synapses, sites where signals are transmitted in the form of chemical messengers.
