Alteplase is a thrombolytic agent that is used for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction for lysis of coronary artery thrombi. It should be used as an infusion in the first 6 hours of the beginning of the anginal symptoms. For example if you are a person over 70 kilos, 100mg are applied, in a 90-minute regimen like this: starting with a bolus of 15 mg, followed by an infusion of 50 mg for 30 minutes and 35 mg for 60 minutes.
