Answer:At equilibrium, the forward and backward reaction rate is the same.

Explanation:The equilibrium counteracts any change in the condition of the reactant or product. The le'chatalier principle highlights three main factors that affect the state of equilibrium. The three factors are: amount of moles, concentration and pressure. If the amount of reactant is increased, the equilibrium will shift to the right in order to create a balance between the forward and backward reaction and vice versa.

Answer:

1- Equilibrium determines the rate of reactants and products at the same time.

General expression for equilibrium:

                                     Reactants⇌ Products

2- At equilibrium, all the reactants and products are constant.

3- At equilibrium forward and reverse reaction does not stop, in fact, it continues at all times.

4- When the concentrations of reactants and products become equal dynamic equilibrium is obtained.

For example:

         A + B ⇌ C + D

In this reaction, if the concentration of reactant  A has increased the equilibrium will shift to the right to form more products.

If the concentration of reactant A has decreased the equilibrium will shift to the left in the backward direction to form reactants.

Which sample has particles with the lowest average kinetic energy?
Anastasy [175]
The question asks average kinetic energy. So it is only related with the temperature. The higher temperature is, the higher kinetic energy is. So the answer is (4).
