My family suffers from a history of High blood pressure, although none are too serious. Kayla needs to avoid greasy foods, eat well (fruits and veggies especially those good for the heart), exercise for about 30-60 min a day, and definitely do not smoke or use tobacco

The top reasons being that these can be considered gateway substances that could lead to people experimenting with other substances that could have much worse effects and many more consequences in court. These substances if used underage or illegally could send you to jail, and they are also highly addictive. Too much Alcohol is bad for your liver and it is unsafe to drive if you have had any. Tobacco and vaping products if smoked can be very bad for your lungs.
