A drop in voters willing to id selves as rep. or dem. A big increase in split ticket voting.  Structural changes and reforms. Changes in the technology of campaigning for office. Can be seen as a weakness because it often may lead to instability in government, it might be seen as a strength because it gives voters a much more true choice among candidates and policy alternatives then the present two-party system.

Two ideas that Rauch presents as having caused significant harm to the political parties have a co-dependent relationship with each other. The first element Rauch identifies is the idea that what precisely defines the parties is no looser and "without boundaries". The other part that depends on this vagueness or larger gray areas of political representation, is the then ability within the parties themselves to select or elect the party leaders. As the increase in varied beliefs occurs within a party, the inability to select leadership increases, along with a growing lack of consensus on any idea.

What do most enzymes that utilize ATP also require as a cofactor?
34kurt

Answer: Mg2+

Explanation: ATP(Adenosine triphosphate) is unstable in nature and also shows the property of being electronegative. It is seen that O^- is the electronegative element and it is bonded with the Mg2+ being a positive divalent and thus achieve the stability and reducing the electrostatic repulsion. So, there is the combination between the negatively charged phosphate groups with the Mg2+. Therefore option (a) is the correct answer.

Which of the following exceptions to the Fourth Amendment allow law enforcement officers to search email, telephone, medical, an
brilliants [131]

Answer:

C. USA PATRIOT Act.

Explanation:

The USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 enables law enforcement officers to search emails, telephonic conversations, medical, library and financial records. The USA PATRIOT Act stands for Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act. This act was enforced into the law after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution protects the rights to privacy of it's citizen but with exceptions. The USA PATRIOT Act is one of those exceptions. Under this exception the police officers have permission to search email, telephonic conversations, medical, library and financial records without warrant, if there's any hint of possible threat.

Therefore, option C is correct.
