What exactly are you asking?  Are you asking how your health can be better?  Ways to do this would be brushing your teeth, avoiding sweets and sodas, taking vitamins, getting good exercise, etc.  Mental health is also something to be concerned about, to be better mentally try being more social or at least social enough, try new mind tricks or games, read a good book, etc.  Anything else you need help with?

The ____________ is the amount of air remaining in the lungs after a forced expiration.
Len [333]

Answer:

The residual volume is the amount of air remaining in the lungs after a forced expiration.

The volume of air exchanged during normal breathing is called the tidal volume.

After a normal inspiration, the amount of air that can then be inspired forcefully is called the inspiratory reserve volume .

If you subtract the residual volume from the total lung capacity, you get the vital capacity.

The vital capacity minus the expiratory reserve volume equals the inspiratory capacity.

The effects of obstructive diseases such as asthma or emphysema may be determined by measuring the forced expiratory volume .

Withdrawal symptoms are both physical and psychological responses to the absence of a given substance.
luda_lava [24]
True, withdrawal means the removing of a substance from someone’s body. Such as Nicotine Withdrawals. People who stop caping after doing it frequently get withdrawals such as tics and not being able to focus. This is because the substance is being removed from the body after the body was adjusted to it.
