Which of the following will hold its shape?
A. liquid
B. solid
C. plasma
D. gas
Gwar [14]
A solid will always hold its shape as long as there are no item/forces acting on it.
Liquids, plasma, and gases will never hold a shape on there own, mostly all liquids only hold the shape there given. Gases never really have a shape. And plasma is a form of energy, so its more like the gas, it has to be given a shape/container.

Answer :B

Describe the structure of the beryllium atom. In your answer make reference to the number of sub-atomic particles and where they
dusya [7]

Answer:

The nucleus consists of 4 protons (red) and 5 neutrons (orange). Four electrons (white) occupy available electron shells (rings). The stability of an element's outer (valence) electrons determines its chemical and physical properties. Subatomic particles are particles that are smaller than the atom. Protons, neutrons, and electrons are the three main subatomic particles found in an atom. Protons have a positive (+) charge. An easy way to remember this is to remember that both proton and positive start with the letter "P."

Balance the following equation in acidic conditions. Phases are optional.
NISA [10]
I think the reaction involved here is a redox reaction in acidic conditions. To balance this type of reaction, we do as follows:

Balance the O atoms in each side by adding H2O on either side.
Balance H atoms in each side by adding H+.
Balance the charges by adding electrons.

Hope this helps.
