How is nail biting an unhealthy habit? And how could someone stop this habit?
Len [333]
Nail bitting is a unhealthy habit because you're damaging your nails and plus there is so much bacteria under them. How you could stop it is put a rubber band around your wrist and snap it every time you feel like bitting them? Haha idk.
