You have 100% control of what goes in your body, you should accept full responsibility for the things you have done in order to put you in the place you are today. We know smoking can cause cancer, and we know fattening foods will cause us to gain weight, we can be informed but we cannot be controlled.

You have 70% control over these things, I say. Because 30% is work circumstances. Sometimes those contribute and you can't always change those. The other 70% is placed on the person because they can change the majority of those things like their alcohol consumption, weight, and the food they eat.<span />
