The period <u>1763-1815 </u>is said to be known as American revolutionary period. In American Revolutionary War the American Loyalists defeated the British with the help of France. United States of America was established after getting independence from Great Britain.

During this period, the powers, privileges and rights were given only to the Nobles and Royal family. Aristocracy was the most prevalent form of government during that period. They were only less in number, but they treated the other segments of population like servants and slaves. Laws and policies were made to control the major portion of population.
