She didn’t seem to ask him any questions about his health, medication he is taking or what happened. She could have injured him more by moving because she didn’t have the proper equipment to treat him nor transport him properly. She could have also injured her self by carrying him also she doesn’t know if he is in the right state of mind or if he has any weapons on him. Being a nurse, she should have know better.
