Negro league baseball team in the Negro National League was known as The Cleveland Tigers which were based in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1928. In their only period, they completed in seventh place with a 20-59 career. The Cleveland Indians football organization was founded in 1916 and operated in the Ohio League. The team was established subsequent the Massillon Tigers stormed the Akron Indians roster in 1915 and took continuously multiple of their star performers.
