Answer:

W= - ΔE

Explanation:

First law of thermodynamics :

  This law is also known as energy conservation law.According to this law the total energy of isolated system will be constant.

From first law of thermodynamics

Q = W + ΔE

Q= Heat transfer

W=Total work  ( Mechanical work ,Electrical work ....)

ΔE = Total energy  (Kinetic energy, Internal energy ....)

As we know that in adiabatic process there no any heat transfer.It means that  Q= 0

So for an adiabatic process

Q = W + ΔE

Q= 0

0= W + ΔE

W= - ΔE

A beam oflight is reflected off a mirror. If the angle of incidence is 30 degrees, according to the Law of Reflection the angle
zaharov [31]

Answer:

30°

Explanation:

According to the second law of reflection, it States that the angle of incidence i is equal to the angle of reflection r.

The angle of incidence is known to be the angle between the incident ray and the normal.

The Angle of reflection is the angle between the reflected ray and the normal.

This normal ray is a ray that is perpendicular to the surface.

According to the question, if the beam of light is reflected off the surface and its angle of incidence is 30°, its angle of reflection will also be 30° i.e i=r = 30°

Describe what long sight is and how it is corrected with a lens
o-na [289]

If long sight means farsighted, then here's your answer:

Farsightedness is when the lens has difficulty focusing on nearby objects. Sufferers must squint to see the nearby objects. Reading, writing, and drawing for longer periods of time can cause eyestrain and headache.

Being farsighted can be corrected with prescription glasses or contact lenses or surgery.
