Asexual reproduction is important because it can produce many off springs without finding a mate it is independent. Forms of life can't survive without reproduction. Asexual reproduction is reproduction without sex. In this form of reproduction, a single organism or cell makes a copy of itself. They are clones. The main process of asexual reproduction is mitosis.

Asexual reproduction

Is a kind of reproduction through which generation arise from a unique organism. The inherit of the genes of a specific mother and father only. It does not include the union of gametes that essentially never improve the number of chromosomes. Asexual reproduction is the main method of reproduction for single-celled bodies example archaea and bacteria.

Achondroplastic dwarfism is autosomal dominant condition caused by a gene on chromosome number 4. Color blindness is an X-linked
klio [65]

Answer:

All of their sons would be colour blind

Explanation:

Given that colour blindness is X linked recessive condition which means that the gene is located on X chromosome and when present in recessive homozygous condition, it will be expressed. Hence if XC is dominant allele and Xc is recessive allele, XcY and XcXc will be colourblind.

The male has normal vision and males have only one X chromosome so his genotype is XCY.

The female is colourblind and females have two X chromosomes so her genotype is XcXc.

Their children:

       XC Y

Xc XCXc XcY

Xc XCXc XcY

All the sons have XcY genotype where gene for colourblindness is in recessive condition hence all of their sons would be colourblind.

Deforestation in the rainforest can lead to localized extinctions of populations of some organisms. Once an area is deforested,
Goshia [24]

D. diversity of the resources in the habitat.

Explanation:

The deforestation brings in lot of problem, much more than it brings in benefits for the humans on the long run. Once a forest is totally destroyed, the habitat suddenly loses the majority of its resources, especially for the organisms that are consumers. The soil too gets rapidly degraded, so the majority of the producers too find it very hard and takes them long time to reestablish themselves.

Having the diversity of resources dwindle, the organisms suffer badly. All living creates need resources in order to survive, so once they don't have them they die out. This unfortunately happens all over the world, with the tropical rainforest habitats being the most endangered, especially in the Amazon, Congo, and Southeast Asia.

Explain the theories behind cloud seeding and its formation.
zalisa [80]

Cloud seeding

Another instance where supercooled and mixed-phase clouds are studied extensively is related to cloud seeding and weather modification. Cloud seeding involves the addition of aerosol, such as silver iodide aerosol, that modifies the phase and size distribution of hydrometeors. The goal of cloud seeding is to alter the natural development of the cloud to enhance precipitation, suppress hail, dissipate fog, or reduce lightning. Various cloud seeding techniques are employed, as particles are released from rockets, aircraft, or ground. The seeding of ice-phase clouds can induce the phase transition from a supercooled water cloud to one composed of ice. In the case of dynamic cloud seeding, the purpose is to stimulate vertical air motions through increased buoyancy caused by the release of latent heat of freezing (Hobbs, 1975; Cotton and Pielke, 1995).
