Explanation:

A neutral posture can be defined as the condition of the body in which the body is in least stress condition.

There must be very less stress on the hand, muscles and joints of the body. This is a bodily posture in which the person is standing in such a way that his hands lie on the either side of the body with thumbs in the forward direction.

The feet are kept parallel to the hips during the standing position. This a relaxed position used to see whether the body is in relaxed position or not.
