First thing that comes to mind is Russia had a strategic advantage to the Nazis. The Russian military knew the terrain (I believe it was mountainous) and the cold climate helped push back the Nazis. The Nazis actually tried to get into Russia.  That was the only country I could think of.

Most countries, I think did not have the military power to stop Hitler/Nazis from invading them.

Rajon SAT  scores were appeared low due to lack of motivation factor,  which can be improved with better concentration and by eliminating triggers that creates problem.
