Since the x-intercepts are already given, we can figure out the equation of a line quite easily.
it would be:
(x-4)(x+4)=y
if you want it not in factored form, just distribute the terms. you will get:
x^2-16=y

both are the same thing, just in different forms.
hope this helped!! xx

Answer:

Total surface area of the prism =145.32 Square centimeters

Step-by-step explanation:

The given figure is a rectangular prism with the given dimensions of :

length(L)= 10.3 cm

Width(W)=2.2 cm

Height(H)=4 cm

Total surface area of the rectangular prism is:

= 2(L*W+W*H+H*L)\\\\=2((10.3*2.2)+(2.2*4)+(4*10.3))\\\\=2(22.66+8.8+41.2)\\\\=2(72.66)\\\\=145.32cm^2\\\\

Total surface area of the prism is 145.32 Square centimeters

Yuri purchased 8 trees to have planted at his house. The store charged a delivery fee of $5 per tree.
Ray Of Light [21]
You would first subtract 5*8 from 168 which would leave it at 128 then divided it by 8 and then you'll end up with 16 so each tree cost 16$

I=prt,for p please show step by step for this variable
Bond [772]

Answer:

p = \dfrac{I}{rt}

Step-by-step explanation:

I = prt

Switch sides.

prt = I

We are solving for p. We want p alone on the left side. p is being multiplied by r and t, so we divide both sides by r and t.

\dfrac{prt}{rt} = \dfrac{I}{rt}

p = \dfrac{I}{rt}
