A biome is a large naturally occurring community of flora and fauna occupying a major habitat. An example would be a rainforest, a tundra, a forest, etc.

Prokaryotic cells are cells that have no nucleus, and are either cells of bacteria or protists. Eukaryotic cells are cells that do have a nucleus, and may have other organelles that prokaryotic cells don't have, like a vacuole or lysosome, etc. Hope this helps!
