Ok solve it as a problem
0.1x +9=45

Subtract 9 from both sides and then have

Hi Robles928518,

0,1x + 9 ≤ 45
0,1x ≤ 45 - 9
0,1x ≤ 36
x ≤ 360

x ∈ ] - ∞ ; 360 ]

{( \sqrt{ {x}^{ - 3} }) }^{5}  =  ({( {x}^{ - 3}) }^{ \frac{1}{2} } ) ^{5}  \\  \\  =  {x}^{ - 3 \times  \frac{1}{2}  \times 5}   =  {x}^{  -  \frac{15}{2} }  =  \frac{1}{ {x}^{ \frac{15}{2} } }
