People have the responsibility to decide what food they can eat and when; however, to be able to make this decision the people need to have access to reliable information about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My assumption is based on the fact that the access to information is key to maintain health, treat diseases and promote wellness.
Amphibians start to die when their is water pollution. They rely on water or moist environments to survive. This tells us that their must be water pollution. They wouldn't just randomly die.
