Alexander Hamilton was very concerned about what might occur if the
Constitution wasn’t adopted. He had seen firsthand the difficulties this
country faced with the weak plan of government created by the Articles
of Confederation. He worried that our financial issues would make it
difficult for us to succeed as a country. He worried about our
government being able to keep order at home. He feared we would continue
to be viewed as a weak..

A student can improve school performance by having to use his or time wisely, such as having to make a schedule of what he or she must do that involves to school work and set priorities of which what he or she thinks must be put first. This also falls for using time effectively as an individual made use of making schedule. It also reduce stress because if an individual have a schedule of his or her own, then he or she could divide the time for his or her school works and the things that the individual wants to do for the sake of his or her own liking.

This could be seen in companies that provide their customers with various method to reach their customer service (such as by using phone, social media, or emails)
When revenues are higher than expenditures in a budget, that budget shows a surplus. If income exceeds spending, the government has a budget or fiscal surplus. It is a measure that the government is being effectively managed.
Deficit on the other hand is the amount by which government expenses exceed income.
