The answer to this question is President can only serve two terms and the cabinet. The term limit of president position is first brought up in the articles of confederation in Article V that mandated "no person shall be capable of being a delegate for more than three years in any term of six years"/ This limit s not directly written in the constitution and now the number of years have changed from three years into four years.
