What does N equal? I am stuck and need all the help I can get.

I'm thinking that n=18 but some parts of the question were cut off so i couldn't quite see it. But this is how I saw it: 4+n/2+2n/n+3=20 and 2 to the power of 18-1, so this is what i got. Hope it helps.
