I'm thinking that n=18 but some parts of the question were cut off so i couldn't quite see it. But this is how I saw it: 4+n/2+2n/n+3=20 and <span>2 to the power of 18-1, so this is what i got. Hope it helps.</span>

What is the range of function gif g(x) = -2/(x) + 1
Zina [86]

The function g(x) is a rational function, and none of the options represent the range of the function g(x)

<h3>How to determine the range of the function?</h3>

The function is given as:

g(x) = -2/x + 1

The above function is undefined at point x = 0.

This is so because -2/x is undefined.

So, we have:

g(0) = -undefined + 1

g(0) = undefined

This means that the range of the function is:

(-infinity, 1) and (1, infinity)

None of the options represent the range of the function g(x)

Will the border line of the graph of y &lt; - x2 + 4x + 5 be a solid line or a broken
Free_Kalibri [48]

Step-by-step explanation:

When the inequality uses < or >, it is a broken line.

For the point (0, 0) it means that x = 0 and y = 0.

Since (0) < (0)² + 4(0) + 5 is true, the point is part of the solution.

Figure out this missing number pattern:\<br> 1,1,2,3,5_,_,_
Mamont248 [21]
What you have here is the fibonacci sequence.
Each number in the sequence adds itself to the number before it.
1+1 = 2
1+2 = 3
3+2 = 5
5+3 = 8
8+5 = 13
the sequence is 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13

Please someone help me and explain this question to me (the last question starting with a straw)
Anastasy [175]

Each straw is  4-1/8 inches long.
You have one gigantic piece of straw material, 123-3/4 inches long.
How many straws can you cut it up to make ?

 ===>                    (123-3/4)  divided by  (4-1/8)            straws.

Each one costs  $0.015  to make.
So, once you find the number of short straws you have,
multiply

===>                 (the number of short straws) x ($0.015) .

That'll tell you how much it costs to make all of them.

Now you know how to do it on your own.
If you don't get  30 straws  and  $0.45 , please try again.
