My pick would be nuclear fission has occurred.

For chemical reactions, mass will always be conserved.

Nuclear reactions encompass both nuclear fission and nuclear fusion.

For nuclear fission, products of it will be approximately half of the original reactants' mass. The nuclei would be split into a lighter nuclei.

Hence, if mass of reactants > mass of products, I would go for nuclear fission has occurred.

Snowcat [4.5K]

Answer:

a. 3-brumo - 3-methylhexane

Explanation:

Alkyl Halides can undergo substitution reactions. Nucleophiles are electron rich species and has negative charge while Electrophiles are electron deficient species which carry positive charge. Alkyl halide which have polar carbon atom are electrophiles.

What is the mass in grams of 5.2 moles of NaCl?
303.89 g
0.09 g
119.6 g
1828
Vitek1552 [10]

Explanation:

mole=mass/molar mass

mass= mole×molar mass

m= 5.2×( 23+35.5)

m= 5.2×58.5

m= 304.2g
