Answer:

The velocity of the cart when it reaches its greatest y coordinates is 10.135m/s

Explanation:Vx=0

0=6.8m/s+(6.2m/s^2)t

t=6.8/6.2

t= 1.1secs

Vy= 12m/s +(-1.7m/s^2 )t

Vy=12 +(-1.7×1.1)

Vy=12 -1.865)

Vy=10.135m/s

PLZZZZZZZZZ HELPPPPP. BRAINLEST GIVEN What is a force of attraction between an object and the earth due to gravity?
kotykmax [81]

Answer:

acceleration due to gravity: -9.8 m/s^2

Fg=mass of object*(-9.8)

Explanation:

This is a pretty vague question, but I'll answer as best I can.

All matter has gravity. YOU have gravity, although your gravitational pull is small. So, the force of attraction between the Earth and an object on Earth is modeled as

Force of gravity=(Gravitational constant*mass of object 1*mass of object 2)/distance between objects squared

Note that distance between an object on Earth and Earth is the radius of Earth (distance to Earth's core/center of mass)

Air pressure increases as you travel higher above sea level. This is the reason that cabins in commercial airliners require pres
irakobra [83]

The answer is true about the cabins in commercial airliners that require pressurization.

Why are the cabins of commercial airplanes pressurized?

Airplanes are pressurized because the air is very thin at the high altitude where they fly. The passenger jet has a cruising altitude of about 30,000 - 40,000 feet. At this altitude or height, humans can't breathe very well and our body gets less amount of oxygen. Most aircraft cabins are pressurized to an altitude about 8,000 feet. This is called cabin altitude. Aircraft pilots have access to the control's mode of a cabin pressure control system and if needed it can command the cabin to depressurize.

So we can conclude that cabins in commercial airliners require pressurization because of the greater pressure of the surrounding environment.
