When used in relation to health insurance, a gatekeeper describes the person in charge of a patient's treatment. Anyone who receives health insurance coverage in the form of a managed care plan, specifically a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan, is assigned a gatekeeper or allowed to choose one.

Blababa [14]

Answer:

Explanation:

1. Stress management -- GOALS: I want to develop better skills when it comes to organizing both my working and free time. It's very important to know that when I'm working, I'm working. In order to avoid stress, I would give my 100% percent while working, so I can rest and enjoy my free time, and distance myself totally from the working environment during that period of the day.

2. Increase resiliency when faced with new and unexpected challenges -- GOALS: In order to avoid bad feelings, and awkward situations, I will try and do as many new things as possible. I will be more open minded and I will understand that every new situations is a new lesson. Also, I will exercise more regularly, I will go to the gym, I will swim and I will jog.

3. Manage deadlines -- GOALS: In order to manage my deadlines, I will start writing things down in my calendar. If they are more complex and require more explanation, I will even get a planner, where I can write all the important informations down. I will update it everyday, and that's the best way to keep track of every important task in my daily life.

4. Deal with anxiety -- GOALS: I think that the best way for me to deal with anxiety is to both socialize more, and to have more ME-time. I will go for drinks and dinner with my friends every Friday night. When it comes to me time, I will try and make me a bubble bath 2 nights a week, along with a nice playlist and a glass of bubbly champagne.

5. Cope with loss --  GOALS: It's important to be active when tragic things occur. Bad things happen to good people and it's not something we can avoid. But... We can make it better. In situation like this, it's always better to consume our minds with a little laugh, a friendly face, a partner's kiss or simply a mother's hug. I should not be alone in this period and it's okay to confide in dear people.

6. Maintain a positive self-concept -- GOALS:

When things go bad, it's important to remember all the GOOD things we have achieved. For ourselves, BY ourselves. Always think good of yourself and never let a single soul let you down or make you believe that you're not worth it. When negative thoughts occur, it's important to keep the mind busy, and focus on all the positive aspects of our life.
