Greetings!

A Monomial only contains one term, hence the its spelling: Mono meaning one.

Therefore, none of the example you gave are monomials.
They are examples of trinomials. (three terms)

Hope this helps.

Answer:

not a right triangle

Step-by-step explanation:

We can use the Pythagorean theorem to see if it is a right triangle

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

15^2 + 12^2 = 21^2

225 + 144 = 441

369 = 441

This is not true so it is not a right triangle

Len walks 3/10 mile in the morning. He walks 2/5 mile in the afternoon to a friends house. Len says that he walks a total of 5/1
andre [41]
No he walks 7/10 of a mile
you have to make 2/5 have a common denominator with 3/10
so 2×2=4 (numerator)
2×5=10 (denominator)
4/10+3/10= 7/10
since you only add the numerator because the denominator makes it a like term
