Natural barriers and the immune system defend the body against the species that leads to infection. The natural barriers include the mucous membranes, skin, earwax, tears, stomach acid, and mucus. Also, the usual flow of urine washes out the microbes, which enter the urinary tract.

Yes, this is true, and it is actually one of the organisms driving evolution! Some organisms develop mutations that are actually beneficial (better eye-sight, for example) and they're more likely to pass those to their children that individuals without those mutations!

Your eyes don’t change color, they only reflect the colours around them in particular if they are light coloured eyes. My eyes are blue-grey with a green heterachromia. They are very sensitive to light and dust so they get red easily which makes the eye color appear a brighter blue. If I wear green, the appear more green in color, when I am sunburned they appear more turquoise, etc. But when I wear white or don’t have a shirt on, they look their true blue-grey.
