here's a scenario to help you understand how to match an exercise routine to an individual's needs. Darshawn just turned 14 and

can now begin lifting weights. He has been a runner for two years and can run a mile in 8 minutes. What exercise routine would suit him best? Run three to seven days a week. Lift weights two or three times a week, every other day. Run Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Lift weights on Thursday and Friday. Run Tuesday and Thursday and lift weights Monday through Friday.

Answer:

Run three to seven days a week. Lift weights two or three times a week, every other day.

Explanation:

Darshawn can run every day of the week if he wants to, but he should limit his weight training to no more than three days a week with time in between for his muscles to rest and heal.

perform push ups using wide medium and nerrow hand placements explain which is easiest and which is hardest
inessss [21]
I personally think narrow hand placements are harder for push ups than the wide medium hand placements for push ups. I think that both of the different hand placements uses different muscles, which may be why I feel that the narrow hand placement is harder. Hope I helped!

When and Why would you play a zone defense in basketball?
inn [45]
Some of the reasons for using a zone defense are: The opposing team has a player/players too quick (in the case of guards) or too big (in the case of forwards or centers) for a man-to-man defense to be effective. Many zones pack defenders in the lane but allow the offensive team to take long-range shots
