Rasek [7]
  <span>So basically you drove 1/2 hour at 100 km/h which works out to a total travel distance of 50 km (you multiply a 1/2 by 100)

Then you drove for 3/4 hour at 80 Km/h which works out to a total travel distance of 60 km (multiply 3/4 by 80)

 now you know that you traveled a total of 110 km

now add up all the times 30 + 15 + 45 = 90 minutes or 1.5 hours

 now you know that you traveled a total of 110 km in 1.5 hours

so your average speed is 73.33 km/h for the entire trip</span>

A sphere and a cylinder have the same radius and height. The volume of the cylinder is 27nft3. Which equation gives the volume o
inna [77]

Answer:

The volume of the sphere is V=18\pi\ ft^{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

The volume of cylinder is equal to

V=\pi r^{2}h

we have

V=27\pi\ ft^{3}

substitute

27\pi=\pi r^{2}h

simplify

27=r^{2}h

Remember that

A sphere and a cylinder have the same radius and height

so

The height of cylinder is equal to the diameter of sphere

h=2r

substitute

27=r^{2}(2r)

13.5=r^{3} -----> equation A

The volume of the sphere is equal to

V=\frac{4}{3}\pi r^{3}

substitute equation A in the formula of the volume of sphere

V=\frac{4}{3}\pi (13.5)

V=18\pi\ ft^{3}
