when young people are drunk, they tend to be reckless in driving and end up beaten by the police men for driving under the influence of alcohol. There are many dramatic chases by police to drunkard youngsters who are detected because of their unusual speed in the first place

This is false.

For young people it is more likely that they will drive too fast after drinking because they are taking a risk as many drunk teenagers do. Unfortunately young people get into more accidents and deaths are caused by drinking and speeding. When drunk their inhibitions are lowered and they feel capable of driving faster while under the influence, also they are not always aware of how fast they are going and their reactions times are delayed.

mina [271]
Pedestrians, cyclicts (motor or bike), horse-drawn vehicles, and wheelchair users are known as the most vulnerable road users.

These road users require extra care by drivers because they are individuals who most likely will be caught in an accident.

Pedestrians, especially children and elderly, may unwittingly put themselves into harm by stepping on the road with oncoming vehicles.

Drivers must be aware of this possibility and must drive carefully and responsibly.
