* Fried or very fatty foods ( Fries, Fast Food)
* Dairy Products  ( Milk, Yogurt. etc.)
* Alcohol 
* Carbonated Drinks ( Soda, Sparkling Water.. etc. )
These foods can slow down your workout, cause discomfort when exercising , and even make you sick.
