Answer:

The United States Government makes rules and laws in regulating people's lives. The main purpose of making this law is to prevent actions that violate the norms of society and applicable regulations. It also involves laws for the company.

Explanation:

• Regulatory levels

There are several levels of law and regulation in the United States. The greatest standard is the Constitution of the United States, which for state and central governments is the primary basis for state life. Then there is federal legislation that applies only to some countries. Then there is federal legislation that applies only to some countries. Then there is local legislation at the highest level. This regulation controls the individuals and company legal processes at the smallest level. Usually implemented in small towns.

There are several sources in creating legislation and regulations in the United States. These sources are the main guideline for determining whether the law is viable and implemented in the state as well as the middle. At least the state uses five sources of law. dem82 [27]

Answer:

Attorneys are concerned about Nina:

A) being overly compliant or having formed false memories.

Explanation:

It is unfortunately common for children to be witnesses in certain cases, especially those concerning abuse. It is also common for them to be prevented from giving accurate accounts of what took place for being more suggestible than adults. That means children are likely to change their version of the facts or to even form false memories if the environment is biased. Police officers, detectives and attorneys must be careful to avoid interfering with the child's recollection of events. Sometimes, one biased interview is enough to taint that child's memory.

wariber [46]

All national governments agreed to abide by the "rules of the game" under the gold standard. The defense of a fixed exchange rate was required.

A monetary system known as the "gold standard" links a currency's value directly to gold. As a result, the money is guaranteed by the government and can be exchanged for a specific amount of gold. A fixed exchange rate helps to ensure the smooth flow of money from one country to another.

Gold standard means, The amount of gold that a nation's central bank or treasury kept constituted the upper limit on its money supply. Any change in its gold holdings had to be accompanied by an equal adjustment in the number of outstanding local currency units.

According to the "rules of the game," nations that lost gold were required to raise interest rates and reduce their money supply, while nations that gained gold were required to lower interest rates.
