One wall in zoe's bathroom is 5 feet wide and 8 feet tall. Zoe puts up a poster of her favorite athlete. The poster is 2 feet wide and 3 feet tall. How much of the wall is not covered by the poster?

The answer would be 8ft dear.

The wall is 8 ft tall and the poster is 3 ft tall. 8 - 3 = 5. The wall is 5 ft wide and the poster is 2 ft wide. 5 - 2 = 3. 5 + 3 = 8 so 8 ft of the wall is not covered by the poster. Hope that helps ._.
